We’ll start with the basics of connection through touch.

Topics include:
Benefits of infant massage
Understanding engagement and disengagement cues
Following your baby’s lead
Creating positive touch experiences

About the Series:
Infant massage is a gentle way to support connection, relaxation, and confidence while caring for your baby. In these classes, caregivers will learn massage techniques that can be woven into everyday routines at home.

Classes are baby-led and relaxed. Babies may sleep, feed, play, observe, or participate at any point. Caregivers are encouraged to follow their baby’s cues and do what feels comfortable for them.

Practice dolls will be available for caregivers whose babies are sleeping, feeding, or not interested in massage during class.
